Lake Tyrrell

The lake is a shallow, salt-crusted depression located in the Mallee district of north-west Victoria. It's a very popular destination for shutter bugs from all over the world. Come along with me and I will show you where and how to shoot this unique piece of the country.

Light Painting and astro

Due to the unique mirror image the lake often produces, light painting is a wonderful addition to an already impressive location. On this workshop, you will learn how to spin light orbs, make light fire and more. After the light painting, we will move into the astro part of the night.

Sunsets off the lake

Landscapes and sunsets

This workshop will see you through the afternoon for some fun mirror shots, then the spectacular sunsets (like above) and then some astrophotography where the stars will reflect off the lake for an appearence of infinity in your photo.

This is a very unique photography workshop in a very unique location. You will learn long exposure photography, learn to capture magical portraits, landscapes, light painting and astrophotography.
